Perfluorodecalin In a clinical study oxygen (p02) levels in the skin increased 100% after 28 days of treatment with formulations containin 6% Perfluorodecalin. During the clinical trial the relative humidity of the skin progressively increased during course of treatment, and the hydration level remained above the control for 7 days after termination of the treatment.
Perfluorodecalin reduces depth and number of wrinkles. In another clinical study a group of 20 women aged 25-55 years were treated twice a day for 14 days with an emulsion containing 10% Perfluorodecalin and a control emulsion without Perfluorodecalin. After 14 days of application of a product containing 10% Perfluorodecalin there was a 15% marked decrease in the number of wrinkles and 32% marked difference in the depth of wrinkles.
Inyline® (Acetyl Hexapeptide-30) A panel of 20 volunteers aged 41 to 50 applied a cream containing 5% Inyline® solution in the crow's feet area twice daily. After 28 days of treatment a decrease in wrinkle depth of 14.9% was determined.

A group of 17 volunteers, aged 34 to 54 applied a cream containing 1% Eyeseryl® twice a day under the eye area for 28 days. Eye bags were reduced in 70% of the volunteers and a decrease of dark cirles under the eyes significantly increased showing a slight lightening effect.
