Ingredients: Aqua (water), Teprenone (Renovage®), Hexapeptide-10 (Serilesine®), Caprilic/Capric Triglyceride, Glycerin, Polysorbate-20, Tocopherol (Vitamin E), Retinol (Vitamin A), Retinyl Propionate (Vitamin A), Caprylyl Glycol, Cellulose Gum, Lecithin, Butylene Glycol.
PM Usage: With forefinger, place 1 pump close under each eye and 1 pump on the forehead; avoid eyelids. Next place 3 to 4 pumps on the lower facial area. The correct amount for the entire face is 1/4 teaspoon. yNs® Cell-Tight will be wet and noticeable on the face. Do not rub into the skin, leave on the skin’s surface to absorb.
Neck/Chest: Apply 3 to 4 pumps 2 times per week.
Optional Usage: 3 Days - apply AM before Radiance; followed by PM. 9 Days - apply PM only. Continue cycle. If skin sensitivity occurs revert to regular usage PM only (refer to skin sensitivity on the back of the instructions).

Renovage® (Teprenone) A clinical study showed that Renovage® used at 3% on a panel of 24 volunteers with a mean age of 58, exerts a significant improvement on the signs of aging. After six months, pigmented spots were lessened by 56% and after 1 month, 35% increase in firmness and 45% increase in skin tone.
Serilesine® (Hexapeptide-10) In a clinical study 20 volunteers applied 10% Serilesine® twice daily for 60 days resulting in improvement in skin compactness 40%, skin tone 36%, and skin smoothness 45%.
Retinol A group of 15 volunteers participated in a study, 7 fell in defined parameters for age category, which was 35 - 54. These participants had a variety of normal to dry skin types. Their FitzPatrick scale values ranged from I - III, with light to moderate hyperpigmentation. Of these participants, 6 out of 7 (85.5%) reported some improvement in one week. All participants reported moderate to strong improvement in the following 6 categories at the end of 6 weeks, 100% fine lines, 71% wrinkles, 100% smoothness, 85% firmness, 100% texture and 42% skin discoloration. No participants reported dry, irritable skin with any erythema, conditions typically associated with retinoid therapy.
