Apply yNs® A once daily, am or pm.
Advanced usage apply twice daily for 3 days; followed by once daily, am or pm for 9 days. Repeat cycle. Note if skin sensitivity occurs revert to regular usage once daily am or pm.

Matrixyl® 3000 (Palmitoyl Tetrapeptide-3 and Palmitoyl Tetrapeptide-7) Clinical study in which 2 panels of 23 volunteers aged 39 to 74 applied a cream containing 3% Matrixyl™3000 to one half of their face against placebo on other half, twice a day for 56 days. Results in improvement for Matrixyl™3000 for surface occupied by deep wrinkles was 45%, wrinkle density 37%, average wrinkle depth 15%, average wrinkle volume 19%, lifting effect 17% and improvement in skin elasticity and tone 19.5%.
Retinol - Retinyl Propionate A group of 15 volunteers participated in a study, 7 fell in defined parameters for age category, which was 35 - 54. These participants had a variety of normal to dry skin types. Their FitzPatrick scale values ranged from I - III, with light to moderate hyperpigmentation. Of these participants, 6 out of 7 (85.5%) reported some improvement in one week. All participants reported moderate to strong improvement in the following 6 categories at the end of 6 weeks, 100% fine lines, 71% wrinkles, 100% smoothness, 85% firmness, 100% texture and 42% skin discolortion. No participants reported dry, irritable skin with any erythema, conditions typically associated with retinoid therapy.
